we refi'd with one company and then three months later all of a SUDDEN Bank of America is our new mortgage company 3 months after they took over the loan i questioned them on a missing payment next thing you know were in foreclosure, cant get a monthly statement .we tried with one company to help us and a year later nothing was truly resolved. During that time we were told not to worry. Well now were ready to walk away from them and let them have the house. We tried to work out things with them but there so rude and uncooperative that we just cant meet there demands.
