Loan originally with Greenpoint Mortgage.When refinancing with them the did not carry over our homeowners insurance when the broker told us they would.6 months later Greenpoint realized the fact,made our monthly higher and we had a death in the family simultaneously.We were basically forced into making a payment we could not afford.Countrywide now has our loan.They are trying to help us for eligibility in modification, but said our monthly expenses are somewhat high.
