I had unexpected health expenses while at my last job which I had trouble paying out of pocket and my wages ended up being garnished.  I have switched to an excellent paying job with great benefits and the garnishment has stopped.  I had worked out a loan modification with my former mortgage company, Avelo, and then it was transferred to Litton.  Litton was very hard to communicate with at first and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone so I ended up writing a letter.  To my surprise I got a package back with a new modification lined out, but the date that was given to return the package was before I actually received the package.  I filled everything out carefully and sent it back along with a letter explaining the delay, and I have now received letters saying they are ready to sell.  I really really want to stay and can if something can just get worked out.
